Your missions ?
As Engineering Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative products under the guidance of the VP Products. You will:

  • Drive innovation and product development, ensuring high-quality and customer-centric solutions,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technology roadmaps,
  • Manage and develop cross-functional teams, recruit top talent, and foster skill growth,
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and strategic planning to optimize efficiency,
  • Ensure compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement through robust processes,
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, implement best practices, and lead technical architecture decisions.
