(Sales & Customer Care)

We are looking for an Account Manager (Sales & Customer Care) based in Australia who will manage the entire customer base within her/his territory, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving business growth. She/he will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams and focus on expanding the customer base.

Your missions ?
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and monitor Customer Care performance in the region,
  • Exceed annual renewal (retention) targets,
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including with executives,
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams,
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities,
  • Develop strategic plans to meet customer service goals and satisfaction targets,
  • Understand customer business needs and align solutions accordingly.

Additional Missions:

  • Support integration across our systems (CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.),
  • Assist with data cleaning and ensure correct up-to-date customer information,
  • Maintain our systems as the central source of customer data,
  • Turn our data into useful management insights,
  • Drive new business opportunities using existing customer access,
  • Keep in-depth and ongoing exchange with sales team and share information for new opportunities and growth.

Who are you ?

  • You have a proven experience in enterprise software sales and customer care, including executive-level interactions,
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred),
  • You have good communication skills (verbal and written),
  • You have a strong ability to maximize sales through a value-driven customer service approach,
  • You have excellent contract negotiation, organizational, and financial management skills,
  • You already have an experience with integration logic and understanding of market trends,
  • You have the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions,
  • You are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment,
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, building long-term relationships,
  • You are fluent in English, with an international business experience.

The current position is in full remote – The candidate will be based in Australia with flexible working hours to enable daily/weekly update meetings with manager
