UK 2004 User Conference

Four Js Development Tools are delighted to announce their 2004 User Conference, to be held at Intellect, 20 Red Lion Street, London, WC1R 4QN, http://www.intellectuk.org on Tuesday 6th April 2004.

Four Js, the long established leader in Informix 4GL modernisation technology, will demonstrate how its new application development suite Genero, can reduce development timescales by years. A combination of intelligent re-use of 4GL business logic and Rapid Application Development results in state-of-the-art GUIs, platform and database independence and Web capabilities, with seamless support of established and emerging standards such as Active-X, XML and Web Services. Released in October 2003, Four Js VARs are already selling and installing Genero applications to new customers, meeting and often exceeding customer expectations both in functionality and delivery timescale. Four Js will be demonstrating how Genero can help companies share in this success by improving developer productivity and shortening sales cycles. A session focusing on the Open Database Interface will demonstrate the ease with which corporate database standards can evolve from Informix SE, Online or IDS to Adabas, DB/2, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SAP DB, Sybase among others.
