Join us as a C/C++ Technical Leader!

We are looking for an experienced C/C++ Technical Leader to join our Team, specialized in the Genero BDL language, and play a key role in the design, development, and evolution of critical platform components.
This is a strategic position combining deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and team leadership, with a direct impact on the future of our technology.

Your missions ?
As a Technical Leader , your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and support a technical team, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
  • Develop team skills and provide technical mentorship.
  • Manage and drive complex technical projects.
  • Guarantee quality, performance, security, timelines, and budgets.
  • Design, maintain, and evolve the Genero BDL language, including its compiler and virtual machine.
  • Develop and optimize low-level components in C/C++.
  • Contribute to software architecture decisions and internal tooling.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and multi-platform build processes.

    • You may also:

  • Lead or contribute to technical communities.
  • Act as a technical expert during webinars.
  • Contribute to documentation.
  • Train and support colleagues on advanced technical topics.

Who are you ?

  • You hold a Master degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • You have minimum 15 years of professional experience in software development.
  • You have strong expertise in C (preferred) and C++, with deep knowledge of low-level systems.
  • You have solid understanding of operating systems (Linux required, Windows a plus).
  • You have experience with system architecture, memory management, processes, signals, and networking.
  • You are comfortable with debugging and performance tools (gdb, valgrind, sanitizers, etc.).
  • You have experience with build tools and CI/CD environments (make, cmake, Jenkins…).
  • You have knowledge of language theory (parsing, AST, Lex/Bison) and SQL databases.
  • You have familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • You are curious, creative, and able to design innovative and robust solutions.
  • You have strong mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills.

The position can be based in Strasbourg (France), UK, IRE, GERMANY, SPAIN ...
