Four Js American Customer Council reveals advanced product plans
Irving, Texas – June 10, 2008 — Four Js Development Tools Inc. gathered its leading American customers at the Eaglewood Resort and Spa, Chicago to discuss future product plans at its first ‘Customer Council’.
Business and technology leaders were presented with the company’s medium term product development plans and technology directions and a separate session was held to discus longer-term business strategy. Delegates were encouraged to provide feedback and guidance with respect to their own businesses.
It’s important that our customers exchange first hand experience with our developers. This event is designed with that cause in mind,” said Bryn Jenkins, Four Js Chief Operating Officer.
Despite a major electric storm that caused cancellations and delays for thousands of flights into O’Hare, the event enjoyed pretty much a full house with visitors from the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
CEO Jean-Georges Schwartz and COO Bryn Jenkins opened with Pat Moore as the master of ceremonies before the meat of the sessions began with the leading development managers for each product group including Genero, Genero Studio, Application Generator and a soon to be announced graphical Report Writer.
During the sessions, demonstrations of new features were provied, including a prototype of the Genero Dynamic Virtual Machine (DVM) and clients running on a PDA and a new “Training on Demand” system.
Feedback from attendees was very positive and the delegates agreed that the event should become an annual event.
