Hide Page Header On Last Page (hidePageHeaderOnLastPage)

The Hide Page Header On Last Page property suppresses the drawing of beforeFirst, firstPageHeader, evenPageHeader and oddPageHeader material on the last page.

Child elements querying for available space are given space values that are reduced by the size of the header as if it were drawn.

Type: Boolean.

Default value: FALSE (last page header is drawn).
