FastCGI GAS configuration on different versions of Apache

Understanding and implementing FastCGI on different versions of Apache web server.

The Apache module for FastCGI support differs for versions of Apache. You need to check your version of Apache. For more information, go to the Apache documentation.

For versions prior to 2.4, configure mod_fastcgi. For details, go to Configure FastCGI for Apache prior to 2.4.
For version 2.4, configure mod_proxy_fcgi. For details, go to Configure FastCGI for Apache 2.4
