xml.DomNode.getNodeName

Gets the name for a DomNode object.

Syntax

getNodeName()
  RETURNS STRING

Usage

Gets the name for this xml.DomNode object. This method returns the qualified name of the DomNode object, or NULL. If DomNode does not have a qualified name, the local part is returned.

In case of error, the method throws an exception and sets the STATUS variable. Depending on the error, a human-readable description of the problem is available in the SQLCA.SQLERRM register. See Error handling in GWS calls (STATUS).
