com.HTTPResponse.getHeader

Returns the value of an HTTP header.

Syntax

getHeader( name STRING )
  RETURNS STRING
  1. name is the name of the parameter that defines the HTTP header.

Usage

The getHeader() method returns the value of the HTTP header specified by the name parameter, or NULL if not found.

In case of error, the method throws an exception and sets the STATUS variable. Depending on the error, a human-readable description of the problem is available in the SQLCA.SQLERRM register. See Error handling in GWS calls (STATUS).
