security.Base64.ToHexBinary

Syntax

security.Base64.ToHexBinary(
   source STRING )
  RETURNING result STRING

1. source is a string encoded in base64.
2. result is a string decoded in hexadecimal.

Usage

Decodes the given base64 string and returns it in its hexadecimal form.

In case of error, the method throws an exception and sets the STATUS variable. Depending on the error, a human-readable description of the problem is available in the SQLCA.SQLERRM register. See Error handling in GWS calls (STATUS).
