Checks whether the document standalone attribute defined in the XML Document declaration is set to yes.
isStandalone() RETURNING flag STRING
Returns TRUE if the standalone attribute in the XML declaration is set to yes, FALSE otherwise.
In case of error, the method throws an exception and sets the STATUS variable with the appropriate error number.
