Checks whether the StaxReader cursor points to an end element node.
isEndElement() RETURNING flag INTEGER
Returns TRUE if the current XML node is an end element node, FALSE otherwise.
In case of error, the method throws an exception and sets the STATUS variable with the appropriate error number.
