xml.Encryption.Create

Constructor of an Encryption object.

Syntax

xml.Encryption.Create()
  RETURNING enc xml.Encryption

Returns a Encryption object or NULL.

In case of error, the method throws an exception and sets the STATUS variable with the appropriate error number.
