IIS: configure for reverse proxy

A reverse proxy configuration allows you to get the URL used by the JGAS when a reverse proxy or server is used.

You can configure an IIS web server to reverse proxy requests from clients accessing applications on the JGAS. Refer to information on reverse proxy configuration in IIS, see the IIS documentation for your installation.
