Configure compatibility for GRW prior to 4.00

Compatibility is not supported for GRW 3.20 and earlier versions.

If you are using GRW version 3.20 or 3.10, you must use grxWrt license controller to manage licenses. For more information on compatibility with FLM 6.00, see GRW 3.20 and compatibility with FLM 6.00.
