Install Genero Report Writer license with GUI (internet)

Follow this procedure to license a Genero Report Writer (GRW) product installation using the Genero Report Engine for Java Licenser GUI application. During installation the license is registered with Four Js via the internet.

Before you begin: You must have internet access from the machine you are licensing the product to validate the license.

Launch the Genero Licenser application.
- From within the Genero Report Writer product interface, launch it from the Tools > Genero Tools menu
- From the desktop select the Genero Report Engine for Java Licenser application tool from your Four Js program list:

Enter your license number and license key, and click Install license.

Register the license

Select the Install using Four Js Activation server option.

If access to the internet is through a proxy, provide the required information for HTTP proxy and Port options.
In the Login field, enter your customer code.
Select Install Keys
If the response from the activation server is good, a window pops up displaying the message:

license successfully installed
```
Select OK to continue.
A window pops up displaying the message:
```
Maintenance key successfully installed
```
Select OK to continue.

Your product is now fully licensed. The License status is updated. In the field under Licensing status you see your maintenance key is valid until the date displayed after End of maintenance date.
When finished, select Quit to exit the application.
