Run the report (GRW for C#)

To run a report, you must select the correct configuration.

Before you begin:
  • You have configured Genero Studio for C#
  • You have a report project open in Genero Studio. It includes the required report program and report design document.
  • If the report data will come directly from a database, your report program must have access at execution to the database where the data is stored.
When you execute your report from within Genero Studio, it checks to see whether it needs to rebuild the report.
  1. In the Genero Configurations combobox, select .NET.
    This combobox is located in the lower right-hand side of Genero Studio.
  2. Right-click the report application node in the Projects view and select Execute.
    The report application executes.
