Run the OrderReportBAMPhp report demo

Follow these steps to execute the OrderReportBAMPhp demo application. This application used the Business Application Modeler to create the PHP data source.

Before you begin:
Run the demo to verify your installation and configuration, prior to creating your own report application.
  1. Set the PHP configuration as active.
  2. Select Tools > Genero Tools > Genero Workplace Window.
  3. At the command line, enter greportwriter -l 7000.
  4. On the Welcome Page tab, click OrderReportBAMPhp.
    The OrderReportBAMPhp.4pw project opens in the Projects view.
  5. Select Debug >> Execute to execute the application.
    The application executes, and the report is saved to a PDF file. The file location is written to the log in the Output view.
If the report is not saved to disk, you must identify the issue before you attempt to create your own report.
