GWA (in GST) Quick Start

This quick start builds the PhoneDemo as a Genero Web Application (GWA) and deploys it.

With this quick start, you use the provided PhoneDemo application to examine how to build, deploy and run a Genero Web Application from within Genero Studio.

  1. Select the default Web configuration.
    1. Select Tools > Genero Configurations.
    2. Select the Web configuration and click OK.
    Genero Studio will use the Web configuration.
  2. From the Tutorials and Samples tab, open the PhoneDemo.
  3. Right click the PhoneDemo_Web_App package and click Build.
  4. Right click the PhoneDemo_Web_App package and Deploy.
  5. Start the application using one of the following options:
    • Click the URL or scan the QR code found in the Output view.
    • Right-click on the PhoneDemo_Web_App package and select Launch to launch the application in the browser.
    • Right click on the PhoneDemo_Web_App package and select Debug to launch the application in debug mode.
