ScrollGrid - positioning

The ScrollGrid container provides a layout area intended to show a record list. Within a ScrollGrid, the form elements for a record are positioned relative to each other.

When the ScrollGrid is rendered, a vertical scrollbar can be used to view more content. A ScrollGrid may be a container of, or contained within, both Grids and ScrollGrids.
