Opening a file

There are various options to select from when opening a file. Understanding each option allows you to make the correct choice.

Open	File	Open the selected file in Code Editor or Form Designer, depending on the file type.
Open as Text	Project, Form File	Open the file in Code Editor.
Open Dependency Diagram	Project, Group	Opens Dependency Diagrams
Open with external program	Project	Open with an external program.
Open With Encoding	Project, Source File	Open with specified encoding.
