Migrate per file to 4fd

Text form (per) files can be imported and converted into Form Designer form files (4fd).

Use File >> Import Form to import an existing Genero per file. Once the file is imported into Genero Studio Form Designer, you can right-click on the per file and select Import Text Form to convert the text per file to a Form Designer form 4fd file. Modify the form as needed.
