Overview Reference
The following API calls have been added: For more information go to Reporting API Functions.
Genero Report Designer has added support to produce text output. Text output is selected via the API call fgl_report_selectDevice("TXT") and configured via the API call fgl_report_configureTXTDevice. For more information go to Reporting API Functions.

Multi ECI support has been added for the data-matrix, pdf-417 and qr-code bar codes. An improved encoding algorithm has been added to render some bar code values smaller.

The encoding property is no longer needed.

The rendering hint pxmlPreferredCharset has been added. For more information, go to pxmlPreferredCharset.
Support has been added to the substring function called in RTL expressions. For more information, go to substring().
Support has been added naming to sheets in XLS(X) output. For more information, go to Create an Excel spreadsheet report.
Capabilities have been added for managing the Windows® Service . For more information, go to Capabilities to manage a Windows service
The RTL classes Context and RepeatingRegion have been added. Fore more information, go to RTL Classes Overview.
Support for FacturX has been added. This includes an added reporting application demo in the Reports project, provided as part of Tutorials & Samples. For more information, go to Factur-X demo.
Documentation for the Genero Report Writer was removed from the Genero Studio User Guide and placed in this manual, the Genero Report Writer User Guide. No additional reference.
