Prerequisites

This topic discusses prerequisites of configuring a secure server.

To implement a secure server, the following prerequisites must be met:

• Genero Desktop Client, version 1.32.1f or greater
• UNIX™ or Linux™ platform
• SSH configured on the server
• Familiarity with Bourne or Korn shell programming
• Access to root for implementation
