Navigation button specific variables
Defines the navigation button (nine-dot / hamburger / back) specific variables
$gbc-NavigationButton-position
Defines where the navigation button (nine-dot / hamburger / back) is displayed. 'chromebar' (default) hosts it in the ChromeBar. 'toolbar' and 'topmenu' host it in the first displayed toolbar / top menu of the active application, the global one coming before the active window one (a toolbar rendered in the ChromeBar, toolBarPosition chrome, is not a host); when the active application displays none, the button is not displayed at all (no way to open the sidebar drawer, hence no start menu nor top menu rendered in the sidebar: in these positions the sidebar rail has no nine-dot of its own, it only lists the applications when displayed). With the 'topmenu' position, top menus always render as classic menubars: a top menu cannot open from the button it hosts
