API reference

gbc.api is the supported JavaScript namespace for GBC customizations.

gbc.NavigationService is now legacy. Its functions will move into gbc.api in a future version. A gbc.api module may have a 4GL equivalent front call module of the same name, sharing the same functions and behavior. Currently gbc.api.sidebar has one, the sidebar front call module.

Module	Description
`gbc.api.sidebar`	Show, hide, toggle, and query the visibility of the SideBarDrawer.
`gbc.api.pages`	Report the state of child pages in browser multi page mode.

Classes, widgets, and services not yet covered by gbc.api are not documented in this manual. However, you can conveniently access them by exploring the source files in the gbc-project-dir/src directory, which serves as an alternative resource.
