GBC 4.01.19 new features and upgrade notes
A summary of new features and changes in functionality introduced with Genero Browser Client (GBC) 4.01.19. Note the changes you may need to make when moving to this version of the GBC.
This version of GBC is desupported, use a more recent version of the product.
This page covers only those new features introduced with the Genero Browser Client version specified in the page title. Check prior new features pages if you migrate from an earlier version.

Modal window size and position stored in settings
If you resize and/or reposition modal windows displayed in an app, their position and size are now stored in settings and the last size and/or position saved is restored on reopening. Doubleclicking on the header will restore the initial position of the window. Doubleclicking on the resizer will restore the initial dimension of the window.
If a modal cannot be entirely displayed, the size and position are reset. Modals with the same name in an app will share the same window position and size.

Changes in theme conditions
The "isEdge
" theme condition has been removed from the documentation, as the Microsoft™ Edge browser now uses the chrome rendering engine and is handled by the
"isChrome
" theme condition.
The "isIE
" theme condition has been removed from the documentation, as the
Genero Browser Client no longer supports Microsoft™ Internet Explorer.
The "isOpera
" theme condition has been removed from the documentation, as the
Genero Browser Client no longer supports Opera.
