GBC 1.00.38 new features and upgrade notes

Official customization API
The first official customization API was delivered with GBC 1.00.38. Customizations made with an older version are supposed to work. Take the time to check that all APIs you are using are described in this reference documentation.
Message and error panels customization
There are specific theme variables to customize the position and display time for the MESSAGE and ERROR panels.
