Working with themes
Providing multiple themes within a customization allows the user to select a new look-and-feel when viewing an application.
Within a customization, you can define one or more themes. A theme is comprised of one or more theme parts. Theme parts can be shared between themes, and it is the combination of theme parts that ultimately define the look-and-feel of a theme.
When you provide multiple themes in a customization, the end-user is able to choose a theme that displays a preferred look-and-feel. For example, you can provide one theme that displays items using a green color palette, and another that displays those same items using a blue color palette. The user can then choose either the green theme or the blue theme.
