The redirection URL at application end

Prior to GAS 3.20, specifying a redirection URL at application end required customization of the GBC client. With GAS 3.20, the redirection URL can be specified in the application configuration using the END_URL configuration parameter.

Prior customizations will continue to work, however the preferred method is now to use the END_URL configuration parameter.
