Licensing - base example
This scenario shows two user agents connected to two DVMs where two runtime licenses are used.

The connection is made via the web server, the ISAPI or FastCGI extension, and dispatchers.
In this scenario, two (2) runtime licenses are used.
Important: One license is consumed per
browser
For example, if you have multiple applications started on browser tabs, one license will be used. If you run GBC applications on tabs of a Firefox® browser, there is one license used. However, if you start another browser, such as Chrome, or Microsoft® Edge, and so on, to run additional applications, a new license is used for each of these new browsers. For more information on how licenses are consumed by front-ends, go to Genero front-ends and license counting.
