Step 4: Set Integrated Authentication for Internet Explorer 8.0

The Enable Integrated Windows™ Authentication option is required if you are running Internet Explorer 8.0.

1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools >> Internet Options.
2. Select the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll to the Security section.
4. Make sure that Enable Integrated Windows Authentication option is selected (checked) and click OK.
5. If this option was not checked, restart the computer.
