Available to the GWC Front End only.

Predefined Resource	Description
application.start.uri	Will be replaced by GAS URI. It is used in the restart template page. For example, if the URL is: http://localhost/gas/wa/r/demo?Arg=val1&Arg=val2 GAS URI will be /gas/wa/r/demo?Arg=val1&Arg=val2.
constant.meta-tags	Will be replaced by GAS meta tags. Only used for GWC.
