Refreshing the current page in HTML5 mode can restart application from the beginning: During application execution, if all form updates have been done via incremental updates, the current URL will stay unchanged from the starting URL [i.e. /wa/r/application]. In this case, hitting the Browser reload button or pressing the associated function key [F5] will launch a new application.
