Install the ISAPI dispatcher within the IIS framework.
Automatic configuration is part of the installation process for IIS 6.0 and IIS 7.0; however manual configuration may be necessary, and instructions are provided.
IIS automatic configuration is not part of the installation for IIS 8.x or higher. Manual configuration is required.
