Data collection and processing notices

Summary of data processing for license activation, validation, and monitoring, including compliance with privacy and data protection laws.

As part of the License Management System, Four Js may collect and process certain technical and usage data related to the activation, validation and monitoring of Software licenses. This data may include device identifiers, IP address, license keys, activation timestamps, usage metrics and other technical information strictly necessary to verify the scope of licensed use, prevent fraud and ensure compliance with applicable license terms. Four Js processes such data as an independent data controller for the purposes of managing and protecting its intellectual property rights and legitimate business interests in monitoring software usage (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Licensees acknowledge that such processing is necessary for the proper performance and enforcement of the License Agreement. Where required by applicable data protection laws, licensees may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or objection as described in the Four Js Privacy Policy [https://4js.com/privacy-policy/]. No personal data is processed beyond what is necessary for these purposes.
