Front-End version checking
Genero 4.01 is now more strict regarding front-end.
Starting with version 4.01, the front-end
X.YY version must match the
runtime system version X.YY:- FGL 4.01 + FE 4.01 is allowed
- FGL 4.01 + FE 4.00 is denied
If the versions do not match, the runtime raises error -8141 and the program stops.
