Returns the additional argument at the specified index.
Getopt.getopt( )
  RETURNS INTEGER
Process the next command line option.
Getopt.initDefault(

   )
Initializes a variable defined with the Getopt type.

Initializes a variable defined with the Getopt type for command line argument processing.
