Sopra’s Amplitude sets course for Ivory Coast bank

Paris, France – June 29, 2016 — Sopra Banking Software has been recruited to help NSIA Banque transform its information system to the digital era. NSIA Banque, the third largest Ivory Coast bank, decided to replace its “core banking” system with Sopra’s industry leading Amplitude banking solution. Amplitude is developed with Genero Enterprise.

“We chose a software publisher enjoying over 40 years of experience and international leadership in the sector to help us shape our strategic development”

Philippe Attobra
CEO, NSIA Banque

One of the main challenges for NSIA Banque (formerly BIAO-CI) is to modernize its information system to meet its banking services performance, safety and innovation targets. Sopra was selected for this important project after a long selection process. Sopra is a trusted partner to more than 600 banks in 70 countries.

Philippe Attobra, CEO of NSIA Banque, and Claude Delage, Executive Vice President of Sopra Banking Software have reached an agreement, which marks the beginning of a strong partnership between the two companies.

The Amplitude migration project started last summer, and will gradually involve all of the bank’s businesses. Combining tightly integrated production and multi-channel distribution functions, Amplitude provides digital services to a broad business audience.
