Genero – Expired support for Windows XP

The Extended Support phase for Microsoft’s support of Windows XP came to an end on the 8th April 2014 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle?p1=3223

As a result, Genero support for Windows XP has also ended, and the next release of Genero will not include support for Windows XP.  If you are using Windows XP we would encourage you to upgrade to a more recent Windows version.  If you have purchased additional support for Windows XP from Microsoft beyond this date, please contact your local support office if you would like to enter into a similar arrangement for Genero.
