Hawaiian Electric Adopts Peace 8 to Manage its 400,000 Regulated Customers
Irving, Texas – January 3, 2006 — Xcel Energy has completed its implementation of a new customer care system from Peace Software developed with Four Js and project managed by IBM.
The CIS selection process was detailed and intensive. Short-listed CIS products were subjected to a month-long onsite user evaluation.Tom Joaquin, Senior Vice President, Operations of Hawaiian Electric Company, said: “We concluded that Peace 8 is the best-of-breed utility CIS and an extremely good functional fit for our business.
